I believe that every individual can connect with music in some way. I ensure that I incorporate both preferred and motivating music for the people I work with in music therapy sessions. It is also important that I determine how an individual learns best and facilitate sessions with these strategies in mind to guide them towards gradual progress both in and outside of the music therapy session.Emily Kohlenstein
