Kathleen received her Bachelors in Music Flute Performance from Manhattan School of Music. She then attended the University of Southern California where she received her Masters in Music Flute Performance.

Performance and Teaching Experience

Kathleen has performed on the main stage of the Walt Disney Concert Hall with wind quintet Sound of 5, the televised opening of the World Trade Center Memorial and the 10 year Anniversary of September 11, and Benjamin Brittend’s The Prodigal Son for the LA Opera’s series Britten 100/LA with Maestro James Conlon.

Kathleen taught with the Harmony Project under the values of El Sistema, Los Angeles and has taught privately for 8 years.

At Levine

Kathleen started teaching flute at Levine in Fall 2016. She loves working with the students and helping them reach their goals and musical potential.
