The class will take place in-person indoors at the DC Campus: NW. Please review our Return to Campus Guide for additional details on our safety protocols.
Using popular and classical repertoire, students develop chamber music skills, learn complex rhythms, recognize chord symbols, play harmonies, and improvise. Students explore a range of technical aspects of the cello, including bow techniques, advanced scales, shifting, among others.
The course culminates in a final performance on the last day.
