Music for Healthy Aging is a music therapist-led group focusing on physical, neurological, and social-emotional aspects of aging-related concerns. Through singing, movement, and active music-making, participants work on vocal & respiratory health, mobility and balance, cognition and memory, and improving mood. While open to all, this group is specially designed for individuals (and their loved ones/caregivers) living with Parkinson’s disease, recovering from stroke, and/or experiencing early-stage memory loss.
