Join us this summer as we make joyful music together in a fun, engaging setting that focuses on health and well-being through music. Music for Healthy Aging is a music therapist-led group focusing on physical, neurological, and social-emotional aspects of aging-related concerns. Through singing, movement, and active music-making, participants work on vocal & respiratory health, mobility and balance, cognition and memory, and improving mood.
Please note: This experience will take place IN-PERSON, INDOORS. Students in this class must show proof of vaccination in order to participate. See the Return to Campus Guide for more info.
