In this ensemble, students master a repertoire of traditional string quartets and arrangements and receive valuable performance opportunities and experience. Students rehearse and prepare repertoire for performance at selected events throughout the Washington, DC area. Previous performance locations have included THEARC, The White House, Library of Congress, Frederick Douglass Home, Anacostia Museum, State Department, Fall Harvest Festival, Tree Lighting Ceremony, Embassies, and more. Please note: An audition and interview are required.
