Paul has a B.A. in Music Education from East Texas State University and a M.A. in Education from George Mason University.
Performance and Teaching Experience
Paul teaches at Swanson Middle School in Arlington, VA and received 2006 Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award for Arlington County Public Schools. During his tenure, the Swanson bands have grown from approximately 60 instrumental students to an average of 184 instrumental students.
