Development and Marketing Interns

Qualifications

An ideal candidate has:

  • An interest in the arts, education and/or fundraising/marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid organizational skills and attentiveness to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Internet research experience
  • Raiser’s Edge or database experience is a plus
  • Design expereince with Adobe products is a plus
Internship Description The intern will work directly with the development department on projects to assist with many fundraising activities. In addition to learning the basic operations of the School, the intern will be able to work on specific projects in the areas of: special events, grants, prospect research, online giving and donation processing. The marketing intern will assist in event promotion and work on promotional materials for the upcoming school year. Intern projects can be tailored to the intern’s interest based on departmental needs.

Compensation This internship is unpaid but is available for credit.
