MD Campus: Silver Spring Rentals

Levine’s MD Campus: Silver Spring, located on the second floor of the downtown Silver Spring Library at 900 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910, has several spaces available to rent for rehearsals, recitals, workshops, meetings, receptions, retreats or college auditions.

Polinger Performance Hall

Polinger Performance Hall has a capacity of 200 seated; 80 seated at tables; or 241 standing. The room is suitable for performances, receptions and meetings.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

If space is rented when Levine is closed, a staff member is required (2-hour minimum): $56/hour

If baby grand piano is required, a one time fee will incur: $185

If upright piano is required, a one time fee will incur: $60

Rental Policies:

  • Hourly rentals require a four-hour minimum.
  • Use of the recital hall includes up to 125 Wenger chairs.
  • Renter is to provide any lighting, sound and/or food.
  • Space must be returned to its original form at conclusion of rental period.
  • Renter is also to provide any set-up and striking as required.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in any rehearsal room.
