Levine Music is thrilled to welcome Lis Driscoll, Managing Director and Market Leader with Bank of America Private Bank in Washington, DC, and Sean E. Mickens, Associate Vice President of External Affairs at Comcast, to its Board of Trustees.

With more than 30 years in the financial services industry, Lis Driscoll has served in numerous leadership roles in wealth management and consumer banking. Prior to her current role as Managing Director and Market Leader at Bank of America Private Bank, she worked in Private Client Services at Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, and Alex Brown as a financial advisor working with high-net-worth individuals, non-profits, and public and private companies.

At Bank of America, Lis helps lead the Private Bank team to drive responsible growth and deliver branded client experience. She has responsibility for Private Client Advisors and Private Client Managers helping to optimize the client experience through delivery of customized strategies and solutions that align with each client’s unique priorities. She is also responsible for recruiting, retaining, and mentoring talent. Prior to accepting this leadership position, Lis held a dual role as a Private Client Advisor and Institutional Client Advisor.

Lis serves as President of the Board of Directors of University of Maryland Global Campus Alumni Advisory Board and also serves on the Ambassador’s Council for N Street Village. She is an alum of Leadership Greater Washington, received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and earned her Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.

Sean Mickens is an Associate Vice President of External Affairs at Comcast, where he leads the government affairs and public policy team’s external engagement with civil rights, LGBTQIA+, and consumer interest organizations on digital equity, broadband, technology, and telecommunications policies.

Previously, Sean was a Public Policy Manager at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook) where he managed strategic outreach, partnerships, and engagement with progressive and civil rights think tanks. He has a breadth of experience working on tech policy issues including antitrust, content moderation and free expression, data localization, data portability, economic impact, AR/VR/XR, and privacy.

Sean has also advised nonprofits and philanthropies’ public policy research, strategic planning, and issue advocacy work. He has worked for and on behalf of many nonprofits, think tanks, and advocacy organizations including the National Urban League, Third Way, and the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.

Sean has been a contributing author of several research reports focusing on the intersection of technology policy, African Americans, and other historically marginalized communities. He has studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Luard-Morse scholar and graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa from Howard University.
