Teaching Philosophy and Approach

Sam weaves together diverse and eclectic styles of performance and instruction to create both captivating music and a welcoming teaching atmosphere. By combining his knowledge and experience of Appalachian Fiddle with traditional Western, Classical Violin pedagogy, Sam matches his teaching style to the needs of his individual students.
