Enjoy an afternoon of stories, songs, and games featuring the biggest member of the string family. Bring your musical imagination and your sense of fun and adventure!

12-1 PM — Bass Petting Zoo: Explore the amazing sound world of the bass in a fun, relaxed environment! This session will explore set-up and first sounds to help you answer the question “Is the bass for me?” (Answer: Yes!). Plus, a Q&A session for parents/caregivers that will cover common questions like “Can I fit a bass in my car?” (Yes!) and, “Do you have to be really tall to play the bass?” (No!). 

1-2 PM — Mini Lessons: Students will work one-on-one with bass faculty Jessica Eig and Millie Martin and have the opportunity to observe other lessons.
