Yuhan Li began playing piano at the age of 5 and currently studies with Wenyin Chan at Levine Music. She is the founder of the music club at her school and the student musician organization Cadence Corner. A musician who is dedicated to promoting social justice, Yuhan has taught students from low-income backgrounds music theory and currently works with the visually impaired music community to raise their voices. She has attended the Indiana University Piano Academy at the Jacobs School of Music and the Mannes Piano Festival, where she performed in master classes by Emile Naumoff and Irina Morozova. In addition, Yuhan has performed at venues such as the French Embassy and the Washington National Cathedral.
Outside of music, Yuhan enjoys spending time with friends and family, writing poetry, and being in nature.
