Piano Master Class: Alexander Shtarkman

Alexander Shtarkman will work with advanced piano students to deepen their knowledge of the classical period and illustrate the importance of studying sonatas. Students will perform sonatas by Beethoven and Haydn.

Alexander Shtarkman has been serving as a member of the Piano Faculty at the Peabody Conservatory since 2002. He performs and gives master classes in Europe, Asia, South and North Americas, and in Russia where he is a frequent guest performer at the prestigious Great and Small Halls of the Moscow Conservatory. Learn more about Alexander Shtarkman.
