THEARC Beginner Orchestra is the perfect opportunity for students with little or no previous experience in music to learn in a welcoming group environment. This beginning ensemble is a way for students to become introduced to a stringed instrument (violin, viola, cello, or bass). Each week, we’ll enjoy 90 minutes of instruction and guidance in a full ensemble and instrument-specific small group sectionals led by Jonathan Jones and Levine faculty. Instruments are provided.
Please note: Open Houses with the teachers will be held on September 2nd and September 9th to assist students in choosing and sizing an instrument. To schedule an interview, please complete the Interview Sign-Up Form: https://levine.formstack.com/forms/thearc_string_orchestra_rsvpform.
