Levine Presents

Levine Presents 2020-21 Performance Series:
Beyond Imagined Boundaries: Merging Cultures and Modernization

Thanks to technology, we live in a global society where ideas and influences come from all corners of the world. Musicians and composers have found creative inspiration in the music of other cultures for centuries and today, we discover new music sounds, and delve into the music of far-off places, on platforms including Spotify and YouTube. These new-fangled jukeboxes inspire creative collaboration much in the same way the advent of printed and published music, the phonograph, and Tesla’s radio once did. With a range of styles and genres, this year’s season offers something for every musical taste.

This season of Levine Presents is offered free of charge thanks to the generosity of many donors.
