Intro to Guitar

Designed for beginners, our Summer Guitar Sampler is a great way for kids to try out the guitar in a friendly, supportive group setting! We’ll learn the building blocks of music and note reading along with basic right- and left-hand techniques. By the end of the session, we’ll be able to play several beautiful melodies. Don’t forget to continue learning in September in our Guitar Group Class or in private lessons with an amazing Levine teacher.

Please note: Students will be provided with an instrument for the duration of the class, or if they wish, they can use their own guitar (nylon string preferred). Participants do not need previous musical experience or knowledge.
