Vocal Basics is perfect for budding singers! This neighborhood sing brings together young, developing musicians to learn the fundamentals of vocal technique (breathing, tone, diction. and resonance), sight-singing using Kodály Solfège and a large repertoire of popular folk, Disney, and musical theatre favorites.

Vocal Basics 2 (ages 11-13) has the same structure as Vocal Basics 1 (ages 9-11) but with extra emphasis on the changing voices of older students. This class is a natural steppingstone into private voice lessons with one of Levine’s expert teachers.
