Bobby Conselatore joined Levine Music in 2022 as the organization’s first Vice President of Marketing and Communications and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2026. As COO, Bobby leads Levine’s campus operations, technology, and marketing and communications teams, overseeing strategic initiatives that support the organization’s mission and day-to-day operations. During his tenure at Levine, he has built the organization’s digital media infrastructure, led a transformation of its digital marketing and advertising strategy, and directed the development and launch of Levine’s new brand identity and website in 2025, modernizing the organization’s public presence and strengthening its connection with students, families, and the community. 

Prior to Levine, Bobby served in the Marketing and Communications department at Settlement Music School, a leading community arts school in Philadelphia, where he led the organization’s email marketing and social media practices. At Settlement, Bobby produced the award-winning early childhood video series Settlement Kids: Live and led significant modernizations of the organization’s email marketing and paid digital advertising strategies. 

A percussionist by training, Bobby received his undergraduate degree in Percussion Performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and his graduate degree in Percussion Performance from Cleveland State University. He has performed with the Buffalo Philharmonic, Omaha Symphony, and Dayton Philharmonic and spent two summers as a student fellow at the Aspen Music Festival. Bobby also worked as a teaching artist in Philadelphia, including serving a fellowship year with the AmeriCorps program ArtistYear.
