Education
Caitlin earned her undergraduate degree in music therapy with a focus in voice at Radford University and is currently a Master’s candidate studying psychology at California Coastal University.
Performing Experience
Caitlin has performed as a choir member and solo singer-songwriter for 15 years. She has appeared at notable venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Eisenhower Hall Theatre, Covington Center, and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.
Non-Levine Teaching Experience
Caitlin spent four years teaching music education and music therapy with Fairfax County Public Schools; two years teaching voice, piano, and guitar with Expressions Academy; and one year teaching voice and piano with Crescendo Studios.
Teaching Philosophy
As a holistic music therapist, Caitlin integrates the healing power of music to support overall well-being through a whole-person approach. Caitlin’s goal is to foster deep connection, self-expression, and inner balance through the transformative experience of making music.
Favorite Aspect of Teaching at Levine
Caitlin is excited to work as a music therapist with Levine Music because of its strong reputation for musical excellence, community engagement, and inclusive programming. Caitlin is glad to be a part of a team that recognizes music as both an art form and a form of healing. She looks forward to contributing to a mission that uses music to empower, connect, and uplift.
Outside of Levine
Caitlin loves all things Disney and enjoys going to concerts, musicals, and movies.
