Violin

Education

Hyunji received her B.M. in Violin Performance from Peabody Conservatory and M.M. in Violin Performance from the Université de Montréal. In addition to her degrees, Hyunji completed Violin and Viola Pedagogy Studies with Rebecca Henry and has attended the Aspen Music Festival. Notable teachers include Herbert Greenberg and Vladimir Landsman.

Performance and Teaching Experience

Performing throughout the D.C. region in several chamber concerts, Hyunji has appeared with the Annapolis and Alexandria Symphonies.

Hyunji has experience coaching chamber ensembles, running group classes and working with students of all ages and abilities.

At Levine

Hyunji has been on the Levine Faculty since Spring 2015 where she teaches violin.
