Teaching Philosophy

Music is a profound form of expression and boundless source of communication, connection and self-discovery. My purpose as a teacher is to give my students a strong foundation in music fundamentals, a piano technique that facilitates playing a diverse range of repertoire, and – above all – a lifelong love and appreciation for music.
