In addition to teaching, Millie has studio and recording experience in DC, California, Austria, and Portugal, specializing in modern music premieres and concerts of historical discoveries.
Teaching Philosophy
I bring the knowledge of all of my great teachers to share with my students. I believe in teaching to the student while also upholding a standard of level and technique. I want my students to have performance opportunities, see the results they want in their music education, and continue playing. My goal is to help them advance musically and in all areas of their life.
Favorite Aspect of Teaching at Levine
Having grown up in Washington, DC, I have had many colleagues and friends over the years on the faculty at Levine. They are wonderful musicians and teachers.
