Jazz jams at Levine invite musicians of all ages and experience levels to step inside the world of jazz in a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment. These sessions are designed for everyone, whether you are new to jamming or looking to sharpen your ensemble skills, and offer a chance to learn by doing alongside fellow musicians.
Each jam features familiar tunes, core ensemble concepts, and plenty of time to play together. Participants are encouraged to suggest tunes and explore the music collaboratively. All instruments, ages, and skill levels are welcome. Just bring yourself and your instrument. Observers are welcome, too.
Amps, pianos, and a drum kit will be provided.
