Music Therapy Tuition and Fees
2020-21 Music Therapy Tuition Rate
- $58 (Per Session)
- $1,044 (Per 18 Sessions)
- $85.50 (Per Session)
- $1,539 (Per 18 Sessions)
$80 – Assessment Fee
$50 – Processing Fee – ONE required per family. The processing fee is for the entire school year.
$35 – Payment Plan Enrollment Fee
$25 – Returned Check/Declined Direct Debit Service Charge
$30 – Refund Processing Fee – For all withdrawal/change notices resulting in a refund, this administrative fee will apply.
The student (or parent/guardian) is financially responsible for all classes and lessons attended.
Tuition and Fees may be paid in person or mailed with:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Check (payable to Levine Music)
- Money Order

Full payment due at enrollment
Notice of withdrawal from instructions and all requests for refunds must be made to Student Services in writing. Verbal notice or requests from students, parents or faculty cannot be accepted. Registration fees and materials fees are not refundable. Refunds are made on the following basis
Withdrawal BEFORE THE FIRST scheduled session/class
Withdrawal BEFORE THE 5TH scheduled session/class
No tuition refund/credit will be given after the fifth scheduled session/class. This policy applies to each semester for individual sessions and group classes.
