Students in Violin Beginnings start their violin journey in this engaging and well-structured group class.Upon completion, participants will be invited to join the Silver Spring Sinfonietta Orchestra. Fundamentals, such as holding the violin and bow, posture, pitch, rhythm, beginner repertoire, are introduced alongside fun activities and games. There will be time reserved at the end of each class for listening to both live and recorded performances.
Please note: Students are required to rent/purchase their own child-size violin.
