VA Campus: West Falls Newsletter + Announcements

Hi Camp families!  

As we gear up for an awesome summer, we wanted to share the finalized focus instrument options at each site and session for rising 3^rd-6^th grade campers. During registration, you selected a 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd instrument choice for your child(ren). Your selections should have included three different instruments that your child has never played before. 

While we do our best to ensure campers receive their first-choice instrument, Camp Levine cannot guarantee that 3^rd-6^th grade campers will receive their top selection. 

Below are the focus instruments that will be offered at your camp location this summer for grades 3-6. If you would like to make any changes to your camper’s instrument choice, please be sure to do so through your Levine Music account by Friday, May 15th.   

To make changes to your instrument choices: 

• log into your Levine Music account. 
• select the blue hyperlink that says, “Change answers to enrollment questions.” 
• select your camper’s account.
• click on the drop down for each enrollment to adjust the instrument choices.

Note: we cannot guarantee your camper will receive their first-choice instrument.

First Day Instructions:

• NO Carline or Before Care on the 1st morning of camp. 
• Families should park in the West Falls Parking Garage D (validation provided) and walk their camper into the building to check-in (see map)

Walking Directions from Parking Garage:

• Walk down Mustang Alley towards Meridian High School 
• Take a LEFT on Arbor Way 
• Enter through Levine’s main entrance

Carline Instructions – Follow WHITE arrows on map 

• All car line traffic should flow down MUSTANG ALLEY going towards Haycock Rd.  
• Please ENTER from Leesburg Pike/W Broad St. 
• Please EXIT onto Haycock Rd.  
• Drop-off/Pick-up will occur on the right side of the road only.  
• Adults picking up campers should remain in the vehicle. Teen Apprentices will assist campers with getting into and out of the car and buckling up.  

If ENTERING from Haycock Rd – Follow YELLOW arrows on map 

Proceed through carline and exit onto Haycock Rd.  

Turn LEFT onto West Falls Station Blvd. 

Turn RIGHT onto Husky St. 

Turn RIGHT onto Mustang Alley
