Camp Levine Online Policies
Attendance will be taken at the start of every class. Camp Levine does not prorate or refund for absences. If a camper must miss a class, please e-mail your child’s teacher. If your child is signed up for a camp bundle or back-to-back classes, please note that there is a 15-minute break between classes. These are unsupervised times, so that campers and faculty have a break and time to prepare for their next class at home
All campers should have access to a computer (preferred) or a mobile device with reliable internet access. All class sessions will be hosted via Zoom, and students enrolled in Songwriting classes (entering grades 3-6) will be given access to SoundTrap software. Your child’s schedule, including class dates and times, Zoom links/passwords, and teacher contact information, will be e-mailed to you.
Registration & Payment
All payments are due in full at the time of registration. There is no pro-rating for absences.
Campers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of Camp Levine and consistently behave in a manner that is appropriate and safe. More details can be found in the Camp Levine Online 2021 Parent Handbook which will be emailed prior to the start of camp.

To deliver its virtual summer programs, Camp Levine will use several digital software applications and web-based services operated not by Levine Music, but by third parties. These applications include, but may not be limited to, Zoom, SoundTrap, SoundCloud, and other similar programs. In order for our campers to use these programs and services, certain personal identifying information—generally the camper’s name and email address—may be required to be provided to the website. Under federal law entitled the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), certain websites must provide parental notification and obtain parental consent before collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. For more information on COPPA, please visit https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions. The law permits organizations such as ours to consent to the collection of personal information on behalf of children in its programs, thereby eliminating the need for individual parental consent to be given directly to the website operator. Your receipt of the parent handbook will reflect and constitute your consent for Camp Levine and Levine Music to provide personal identifying information for your child consisting of first name, last name, an email address, username, and Camp Levine-related information.
By enrolling in Camp Levine virtual classes, parents/guardians acknowledge that Camp Levine faculty and staff have no ability to supervise or protect the minors whose parents permit them to participate in this virtual camp. Parents/guardians understand and agree that Camp Levine is offering this virtual camp for their child’s participation on the sole condition that parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s safety, while participating in the virtual camp and any activities relating to the virtual camp. In consideration for Camp Levine allowing their child to participate in this virtual camp, parents/guardians agree to waive all claims against Camp Levine and Levine Music arising from that participation, including claims based upon negligence. Parents/guardians agree not to sue Camp Levine or Levine Music and to indemnify Camp Levine and be responsible for all expenses for any claim brought on behalf of their children.
